This quick and nourishing snack is perfect to have after a workout or if you have that afternoon slump and need a boost of energy. It’s complex carbs from the banana paired with plant protein from the peanut butter and hemp seeds and plenty of antioxidants from the cacao nibs and berries.
Serves 1
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 banana, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 3-4 raspberries, halved
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs, for garnish
- 1 tsp hemp seeds, for garnish
Directions:
01. Place the banana halves on a plate and spread the peanut butter on top of both sides.
02. Garnish with raspberries, cacao nibs and hemp seeds and enjoy!
