Hi, I’m Annabelle. I’m a mom, a yogi and a Holistic Nutrition Coach dedicated to help you live your life in full alignment.

My own story of healing lead me to a plant-based lifestyle that integrates mindfulness with gentle movement to feel like my best self every day. 

Suffering from chronic eczema since I was a teenager, I visited many dermatologist’s offices in a quest to heal my condition, but nothing worked until a holistic doctor helped me cure my skin issues by healing my gut through dietary changes and mindfulness stress management.

Anxiety was another constant condition I had to deal with throughout my life. Peaking after the birth of my first daughter, it led me to meditation. Thanks to a consistent mindfulness practice I was able to recognize and heal myself from my anxious states and help me gain clarity to step into my true self.

My relationship to food hasn’t always been an easy one. An eating disorder in early adolescence led me to years of working towards balanced nutrition and self-acceptance. Today I can say that I have found abundance and balance with a plant-based lifestyle free of restriction and deprivation but a focus on nourishing my body with the best possible nutrients.

Coming from a fashion and design background with a strong interest in health and wellness, I was looking for a new challenge after the birth of my first daughter which led me to complete the program as a Holistic Nutrition Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.

I am passionate about sharing the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, developing new recipes, helping others discover mindfulness and coaching my clients to live an abundant and joyful life.
