Guacamole is my favorite food on earth, I could literally eat it with anything. This version is light and a little spicy because it’s blended which gives it an airy texture and the chili adds the little something extra that makes it special. Avocados are high in unsaturated fats, supporting beautiful, skin, nails and hair so it makes indulging in it even better.
Serves 4
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 2 avocados, halved & peeled
- a handful cilantro
- a spring onion (no greens), halved
- ½ lime, squeezed
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- chili flakes, to taste
Directions:
01. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
02. Serve with more fresh lime, cilantro and chili. Enjoy!
