This smoothie is my go-to at the moment, super nutritious and easy to drink while at your desk or on your commute. The banana and blueberries give you potassium and antioxidants, the flax and chia seeds add valuable omega-3 fatty acids and the hint of vanilla makes this smoothie extra delicious!
Serves one.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup wild blueberries, frozen
- 1 date
- ½ tbsp flax seeds
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp vanilla seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- 4 ice cubes

01. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend and enjoy!
