Tiramisu Smoothie

I start most days with a smoothie because they are quick and easy to make, take on the go and also fun to experiment with new combinations. This one feels like a treat, who wouldn’t want tiramisu for breakfast? Plus it has lots of good fats from the almond butter and fiber from the banana.

Serves 1 

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 ½ -2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ date
  • 1 espresso (I use decaf)
  • 1 cup oat or almond milk

Directions:

01. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until combined.

02. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
