Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup oat milk
- cinnamon, to taste
- coconut oil, for frying
- dark chocolate chips, for garnish
Directions:
01. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend. Fill the pancake mix into a dispenser bottle.
02. Warm a pan up to medium heat, add a bit of coconut oil and make one or two spider webs by dispensing the pancake batter through the bottle. Fry the spiderweb pancakes until they get bubbly and firm up on the upper side, then flip and let cook through until golden. Place the chocolate chips randomly as a last step shortly before taking the pancakes out of the pan.
03. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Keep the cooked pancakes warm on a plate covered with tin foil meanwhile.
04. Enjoy the pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup.
