These quick pickled onions are such a good and easy way to enhance your salads, bowls and toasts for flavor and looks!
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 red onion, halved & sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
01. In a shallow glass container, add the onion, lime and salt. Close with a lid and shake to combine. Refrigerate for at least an hour before use or keep up to two weeks and use to garnish your favorite dishes.
