Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- a splash of olive oil
- a squeeze of lemon
- pumpkin oil, for garnish
- pumpkin seeds, for garnish
Directions:
01. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if needed to reach a smoother consistency.
02. Garnish with pumpkin seeds & oil and serve with vegetable sticks or GF crackers.
