Pistachio Matcha Latte

I’m all about pistachio right now so naturally I had to recreate the amazing pistachio matcha latte I had in Madrid in the fall. This is such a good treat and perfect pick me up on a freezing day. The matcha provides you with lots of energy and antioxidants without the crash, while the pistachio butter has lots of healthy fats.

Serves 1

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 cup plant-based milk (I use Harvest Moon cashew coconut)
  • 1 tsp pistachio butter
  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

01. Add the milk to a frother along with the pistachio butter, matcha and maple syrup.

Mix until frothy, pour in a cup and enjoy!
