PB & J Smoothie

I eat breakfast intuitively and only get hungry around 10am usually when I‘m out and about so I make a smoothie to go most days. I tried a few new combos here in Palm Beach at a place called Celis after my barre workouts and fell in love with this one. It‘s fast, convenient and you get all the nutrients plus it tastes like a treat. The stawberries have lots of vitamin C and antioxidants and the peanut butter provide you with plant protein and good fats.

Serves one

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions:

01. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
