Mango Lassi

Quick, nutrient-dense snacks are key for me when I’m pregnant, so I love making smoothies to have on hand. This mango lassi is super refreshing and packed with Vitamin C from the mango and powerful antioxidants from the turmeric.

Serves two.

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 mango, peeled & core removed
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • a dash of black pepper
  • a squeeze of lime

Directions:

01. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until combined.
