Quick, nutrient-dense snacks are key for me when I’m pregnant, so I love making smoothies to have on hand. This mango lassi is super refreshing and packed with Vitamin C from the mango and powerful antioxidants from the turmeric.
Serves two.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 mango, peeled & core removed
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- ½ tsp turmeric
- a dash of black pepper
- a squeeze of lime
