A lot of plant milks have unnecessary additives and are not the healthiest to have with your coffee every day. This homemade coconut milk is a great alternative, so delicious, easy to make and the best thing: it contains no hidden oils, gums or other unhealthy substances.
Ingredients:
- 1 can full fat organic coconut milk (check the label to make sure it’s just coconut & water)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 date
- cinnamon
- pink Himalayan salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Store in a closed glass container for up to three days (but it won’t probably last you that long anyways, it’s too delicious).
