As a health coach, my mission is to support you in becoming your best self, discover your authentic way of living and build a sustainable foundation to make those changes last for the future.
My philosophy is based on plant-based nutrition, gentle movement and mindfulness to connect the dots in your life that in our modern world often get overlooked. Together, we will build a personalized plan to achieve your optimal well-being free of diets, calorie-counting or extreme workouts.
Coaching
CHF 120 per Single Session
Do you have a specific area of your wellness that you would like to work on? In this one-time 60-minute session we will assess what needs to be shifted to achieve your optimal balance and well-being. This includes your relationship with nutrition, self-care practices and health conditions.
Building on this, we will tailor our subsequent sessions to your individual needs and goals.
