
I love a daily little sweet treat and am constantly trying to come up with healthy versions to keep it interesting. These dark chocolate covered raspberry bites are high in antioxidants, proteins and good fats while tasting like an indulgent little treat.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- a handful of raspberries
- a handful of dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp full fat greek yogurt
Directions:
01. Melt the dark chocolate and prepare a small tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
02. Take a fork and dip each raspberry in the yogurt and then the melted dark chocolate and place on the prepared tray or plate.
03. Once all the raspberries are done, place in the freezer for at least an hour. Enjoy as a little sweet treat throughout your day.
04. Keeps in a covered glass container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
