Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- ½ cup oats
- ½ banana
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- more cinnamon, for garnish
- maple syurp, for garnish
- coconut flakes, for garnish
Directions:
01. Place the oats, banana, plant milk and cinnamon in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer until soft, stirring frequently.
02. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with coconut cream, cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut flakes. The perfect warming breakfast for the colder season!
