This carrot ginger juice is perfect for the cooler months with warming qualities from the fiery ginger and lots of vitamin A & C from the carrots, apples & lemon.

Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 8 carrots, washed
- 2 apples, washed
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 lemon, peeled
Directions:
01. Place everything in a juicer and extract the juice. Pour into two tall glasses & enjoy!
