BLUEBERRY BLONDIES

We all love a healthy treat and this one tastes so indulgent you wouldn‘t believe it‘s made with all good for you ingredients. Every bite will give you healthy fats and protein from the cashew butter, fiber from the almond flour and antioxidants from the blueberries.

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions: 

01. Pre-heat the  oven to 180C.

02. In a  bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Add in the nut butter, plant milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the frozen blueberries.

03. Line a baking tray and pour your blondie mixture into it.

04. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the blondies are golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
