Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

It‘s great to start your day with a warm breakfast in the colder season. It supports your digestion and is grounding for the body and soul. This oatmeal tastes like a treat, providing you with plenty of fiber and good fats. Who wouldn‘t want to start their day this way?!

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • more cinnamon, for garnish
  • maple syurp, for garnish
  • coconut flakes, for garnish

Directions:

01. Place the oats, banana, plant milk and cinnamon in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer until soft, stirring frequently.

02. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with coconut cream, cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut flakes. The perfect warming breakfast for the colder season!
