Vegan Whipped Honey Olive Feta Dip

Summer is loading and the warmer temperatures always make me crave mediterranean dishes. This vegan feta honey olive dip is so delicious on its own or with grilled veggies. Olives are high in unsaturated fats and the perfect snack for healthy skin & hair.

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • chili flakes, to taste
  • ½ lemon zested
  • ½ lemon, juiced 
  • 1 block vegan feta
  • 2 tbsp vegan plain yogurt
  • ½ lemon, zested
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • a squeeze of honey

Directions:

01. Start by chopping the olives roughly, then mix in the honey, olive oil, chili flakes, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.

02. Place the vegan feta in a food processor along with the yogurt, lemon juice, zest and honey. Blend until smooth.

03. In a wide plate, spread out the feta dip and top it off with the olive mix. Delicious served with fresh sourdough or alongside a veggie barbecue.
