This treat brings together three of my favorite things: strawberries, chocolate and peanut butter. It’s super easy to make and perfect to always have a healthy sweet indulgence on hand. Strawberries have lots of vitamin C, the dark chocolate antioxidants and the peanut butter plant protein.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1.5 cups strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup peanut butter, melted
- 1 dark chocolate bar, melted
- pink Himalayan salt, for garnish
Directions:
01. On a small baking sheet, lay out the parchment paper and assort the strawberries in a flat line.
02. Pour over the melted peanut butter and distribute evenly with a spatula. Follow with the melted chocolate and spread out until everything is covered. Finish with a sprinkle of salt.
03. Freeze for an hour and cut or break into bars. Keep in the freezer up to three days.
