Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

This blueberry almond butter smoothie is the perfect start to the day or snack. It gives us lots of fiber and potassium from the banana, antioxidants from the blueberries, good fats and plant protein from the almond butter and iron from the spinach. My kids are obsessed with it and so am I!

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 date
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk

Directions:

01. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
