This is my favorite pick me up during the winter time, so comforting and soothing for the nerves with Ashwagandha and Maca to strengthen resilience while the cacao adds powerful antioxidants. I‘m sure we can all use that for the busy time end of the year, wishing you Happy Holidays 2022!

Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp coconut butter
- ½ tsp maca
- ¼ tsp ashwagandha
- 1 tsp maple syrup
