Serves two- four
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- two large tomatoes/two handfuls of cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- a few leaves basil, finely cut
- a splash of olive oil
- a dash of salt
- black pepper, to taste
- a few slices sourdough bread
- more olive oil
Directions:
01. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle it with olive oil. Bake until golden.
02. Finely dice the tomatoes, mix in garlic, basil, salt, pepper & olive oil.
03. Arrange the bread slices on a platter and top with the tomatoes. Enjoy!
