- ¼ avocado
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond works)
- ½ tsp maca (optional, for stamina & resilience)
- ¼ tsp ashwagandha (optional, for stress relief)
- a splash of coconut cream, for garnish
