Serves two-four.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- a few potatoes, cooked
- a splash of olive oil
- a dash of sea salt
Directions:
01. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.
02. Place the cooked potatoes on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and smash with the back of a sturdy glass.
03. Sprinkle with olive oil & salt and bake for 35 min until golden and crispy.
04. Serve with a vegan dip & big salad for a quick and satisfying meal.
