Cheesy Kale Chips

Get your greens in a different way! These kale chips are the perfect pre-dinner snack and hit all the right spots – cheesy, crunchy & salty!

Ingredients: (preferably organic)

  • a bunch of curly kale, de-stemmed & bite-sized
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • pink Himalayan salt, to taste


Directions:

01. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees.
02. On a parchment lined baking sheet, combine kale, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt. Toss until everything is covered evenly.
03. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crunchy. Enjoy!
