Cinnamon Toast Crunch Granola

My favorite cereal as a kid was cinnamon toast crunch so I wanted to recreate a healthier version of it as a granola. It’s refined sugar-free, gluten-free, nut-free and good for your with plenty of fiber, omega-3’s and protein from the gluten-free oats, chia and hemp seeds. Cinnamon is an amazing blood sugar stabiliser which helps you curb sugar cravings. Eat it with your favorite plant milk and experience a throwback right into your childhood days!

Ingredients (preferably organic):

  • 1 Cup GF oats
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup


Directions:

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, combine all and spread out on a baking sheet. Bake at 165 for 20 min until golden.
