Easy, quick and so much better than store bought hummus! It’s a daily staple in our house and the perfect dip or addition to salads and sandwiches.
Ingredients: (preferably organic)
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, zested & juiced
- ½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup cold water
- drizzle of olive oil
- parsley, chopped
Directions:
01. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, blend to combine.
02. Arrange in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and parsley and eat immediately or store in a glass container in the fridge for up to four days.
