My favorite online workouts

As a mom I have learned to make do with what I have got whenever I have a minute, which is especially true for workouts. While I love the energy of a group workout class, sometimes you just don’t have the time and possibility to make it to the studio, so a home workout while the baby naps is the only option. The last year has made me somewhat of a home workout expert, which is why I curated a list of my favourite streaming workouts for you to try while we all #stayhome . They are all low impact and low cortisol to not spike anxiety in times like these (and in general!) but still hard and make you sweat, plus they give you those long lean lines. Besides meditation, movement is my daily medicine and makes me feel so much better always so I highly recommend to give it a try!
